How To Have A Healthy Relationship.

Relationships takes work as we know all relationships regardless of what type of relationship it is experiences ups and downs. Relationships take effort and you have to be willing to adapt, commit, change, and compromise to make them work. Each person involved have to will to take the following steps into consideration when wanting to have a healthy relationship.

1.  Have open communication: To foster better understanding of each other or the situation you have to be able to show empathy as well as willing to allow each other space to express their thoughts, feelings, and concerns openly.

2. Be willing to resolve conflict: When dispute arises or disagreements occur as they will you have to be able to sit down and find common ground in which all parties can get their needs met. This may be involve negotiating to resolve the disagreement.

3. Be empathetic: This means to explore the heart not just your brain. You have to try to see situations from each other's perspectives, by doing so you can reduce misunderstandings.

4. Strengthen Bonds: Strengthening your bond involves being understanding, openly communication, and building trust. You have to engage in activities where you can create lasting memories and nurture positive interactions.

5. Forgive and Heal: Deal with any past or present wounds. Seek individual therapy. Don’t look for the person that hurt you to heal you. Provide space for healing and open your heart up to forgive. This will allow you to move forward on your journey of healing.

6. Provide support: Show up not only for yourself but for your loved one as well. Show them that you are there for them not just in time of happiness but in times of sadness. Show them you are with them by agreeing with them on some things, that you support their ideas, and help them as you want to be the best that they can be.

7. Navigate this thing call life together: It’s not about survival of the fittest it’s about how can we navigate major or minor transitions together. How can hold each other accountable and grow in wisdom together.

8. Get busy together. Being physically active reduces anxiety, stress, and mental and medical conditions that can often take a toll on a relationship. It can cause financial hardships in relationships. Having a positive outlook on life, staying active, and working together to create a healthy relationships all play in important role in your well-being.
