My Approach
I am a master’s level clinical social worker. I focus on helping people of all ages, orientations and gender heal from early childhood experiences, enhance their love lives, and find their passion for living. I evaluate each person within their environment and work with them to develop a personalized plan to help them gain the emotional freedom they deserve. I work with you to explore negative recording that inform and guide your decision making. I seek to help you create deep meaningful changes in your life.
My mission is to empower you to trust your inner resources and provide you with tools to help you overcome any challenges life may bring. I am passionate about helping people live the life they want and deserve. I enjoy helping people experience and practice true expression of emotional connection with self and others.

Transforming Mental Healthcare
With the understanding that your mental health is just as important as the air you breathe, I take on a person-centered approach. I help you to deal with big emotions as they arise, without getting stuck in them. I help you become aware of your body, teach you deep slow breathing techniques as well as how to speak compassionately to yourself. You will practice being in the present, become aware of your emotions, and how you experience them in your body. By doing this you will gain a better understanding of your triggers, where they come from, and how they affect you.
